You will be given multiple options at checkout when possible. UPS usually is the best option for smaller orders. Large orders or orders that exceed UPS weight or size limits will ship via Common Carrier / LTL Freight. We try and ship UPS orders the same day, no later than the next day, barring a back order situation. Common Carrier / LTL Shipments usually ship the next business day.

Items must be returned in salable quantities and condition within 30 days of purchase for credit. Customers will be responsible for freight charges on returned orders, return shipping and a 20% restocking fee
Damaged or Missing Items/Shipment
We must be notified of any damage or missing items within 30 days of

*If your UPS shipment arrives damaged, sign the drivers board where your name would go, write "DAMAGED". Then please email us your order # and a description and photos of the damage please.We will then start a investigation and get you taken care of.
*If a Common Carrier / LTL / Freight / Semi shipment comes in damaged, or Incomplete, you
notate any damage, or order shortage on the
of the BOL before he leaves. We ship ALL orders complete. We do not ship partial orders. Your entire order ALWAYS ships the same day/same shipment. If something is missing, there is a problem and you need to notate it on the drivers copy of the BOL. Notate the product and the quantity that is damaged. Otherwise when you sign the BOL and do not make note of damage or shortage, you are releasing the trucking company and us, from responsibility and a claim cannot be paid. So PLEASE, even if the stretch wrap is ripped. It is better to notate "Stretch Wrap torn, subject to item count / possible shortage", than to not notate anything. Please let all employees that may accept a LTL shipment, know these rules to avoid a loss. All sides, and the top of every pallet will be covered with stretch wrap. If stretch wrap is missing anywhere on the pallet, product could have fallen out. Be sure to notate the torn/missing stretch wrap, and any missing or damaged products that can be seen.
We want to be able to help file a claim, but if you sign the BOL, and do not notate damage or missing products or stretch wrap, you release the trucking company and thus us from liability
. The trucking companies tie our hands on this. We hate it, and thus why we go into great detail here to try and protect you against loss.
