My Login information is not working?

Do you have a minimum dollar order?
No! Items only need to be ordered in their sellable units such as one bundle or one case.
Can I add my purchase order number to my order?
Yes. At checkout you have an option of adding your purchase order number to your order.
What are my payment options?
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
How will my order ship?
Your order will ship in the most economical way available based upon what you have purchased and your location.
When will my order ship?Most orders that ship via UPS, ship the same day, but we do ask for 1 business day for processing and cannot guarantee same day shipping. Some days it may take 1 full business day to process your order before it can ship. Orders that ship "common carrier" / LTL may take 1-2 business days to process, depending on the size and complexity of the order.
Are my purchases subject to sales tax?
Applicable taxes will be charged on your full purchase unless we have a tax certificate on file. If you have a tax form on file with
us you will not be charged tax on any of your purchases unless at checkout you change the tax status of the item to yes. Please submit sales tax exempt documents, prior to ordering and wait for approval. If an order is placed with sales tax, we may not be able to go back and refund it.
Can I return products?
Yes. Contact CheapAss Shipping Supplies by clicking the Contact Us link at the top of any page to receive an Return Authorization number and Return Form. Complete the form and return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items purchased from CheapAss Shipping Supplies cannot be returned more than 30 days from date of purchase, and you cannot receive a refund for these items after that time. In addition, all returned items must be in unopened and unused condition to be accepted. Items must be in full units and packed in their original packaging in resalable condition. No partial units may be returned for credit. Please contact us for return instructions.
